Av team
Lights & Slides
Help create an engaging worship environment by operating ProPresenter 7 and lighting during the service. This includes advancing sermon slides, videos, and other content, as well as changing lighting scenes throughout the service.
Camera Operator
Help capture what’s happening in the room for those watching online. Camera Operators follow direction from the Producer to frame shots, follow movement, and capture worship, teaching, and other moments throughout the service.
Producer
Help bring the entire livestream together. The Producer switches between cameras and other video sources, gives direction to Camera Operators, operates OBS, and keeps an eye on the overall livestream to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Front of House Audio
Mix the sound that everyone in the room hears using our Waves LV1 system. FOH Audio balances vocals, instruments, speaking microphones, and other audio to create a clear and engaging worship experience for the congregation.
Monitor Mix
Mix and manage the in-ear monitor mixes for our worship team using our Waves LV1 system. Balance vocals, instruments, and other audio sources to create clear, comfortable, and personalized mixes that help our musicians perform confidently and stay connected during worship.
Photographer
Capture moments from our services and events through photography. Look for genuine moments of worship, connection, community, and ministry that help tell the story of what God is doing at FBC.
Production Manager
Help oversee the AV team and the overall look and flow of the service. Before the service, print and review the Order of Service with the team and make sure everyone is prepared for what’s coming. During the service, float between AV positions to answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and help wherever needed.
The Production Manager also keeps an eye on the overall visual presentation of the service—making adjustments when something doesn’t look right on camera or in the room, helping position people on the platform, checking lighting and camera visibility, monitoring AV feeds in the lobby and volunteer lounge, and making small changes that help everything look and run its best.

Light Scene Programmer
Create and program lighting scenes for worship services. Work with colour, brightness, movement, and positioning to create lighting that looks great in the room and on camera, supports what’s happening on the platform, and helps create the right atmosphere for each moment.
Set Designer
Help design and create sets for the platform throughout the year, including special seasons like Easter and Christmas. Bring creative ideas to life through scenic elements, décor, staging, and other visual details that help transform the room and support the theme of a service or season.
