To mentor a small group of teenagers weekly. The win for a mentor is to build a trusting relationship with teenagers and help them build a trusting relationship with each other. This helps teens grow in their faith as they feel supported by mentors and their peers.

This introductory role is for those who are interested in serving with youth but don't know if it is the right fit or can't commit weekly. Commitment is once a month minimum. The win for helpers is supporting the mentors and overall mission of FBC Youth (to help teens make their faith their own)
