Join a citywide cleanup followed by a community lunch at Bud Miller All Seasons Park.

• Grillmaster: Barbecue burgers for the community lunch.
• Food Preparation Team: Prepare and organize food before and during the event.
• Setup and Takedown Crew: Transport and arrange tables, chairs, supplies, and signage, then return them to the church after the event.
• Registration Team: Welcome volunteers and assist at the sign-up tables.
• Park Captain: Lead a cleanup team at an assigned park.
• Park Cleanup Crew: Collect litter and help leave local parks clean and welcoming.
• Music Team: Provide live or recorded music for the community lunch.

When: First Wednesday of every month, 10:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

• Unloading Team: Help unload hampers supplied by The Olive Tree.
• Distribution/Hospitslity Team: Organize and distribute hampers from the church.
•  Welcome guests, visit with attendees, and build relationships.

Help prepare and deliver more than 150 hampers to individuals and families in need.

• Early Setup Crew: Prepare the church and organize supplies before the event.
• Food Transport and Setup Crew: Bring food to the church and arrange packing stations.
• Hamper Packers: Assemble and check hampers on packing day.
• Delivery Drivers: Deliver completed hampers to recipients.

Support an Easter hamper project using the same core roles as the Christmas outreach.

• Setup and Food Transport Crew: Prepare space, supplies, and packing stations.
• Hamper Packers: Assemble and check hampers.
• Delivery Drivers: Deliver hampers to recipients.

Help create a welcoming community event with food, activities, and family fun.

• Activity Volunteers: Serve in various event roles; detailed sign-up sheets will be available.
• Grillmasters: Prepare barbecue items safely and efficiently.
• Food and Treats Team: Assist with food preparation, popcorn, and cotton candy.
• Music Team: Help create a lively atmosphere by performing live music or managing the event playlist and sound.
• Setup and Takedown Crew: Install and remove fencing, tables, activity stations, and event supplies.

Support this community fundraiser and help provide a free meal for participants.

• Station Volunteers: Staff one of five stations and record dice rolls for riders and carriage participants.
• Registration Team: Welcome and register participants.
• Meal Team: Help prepare, serve, and clean up after the complimentary meal.
