Overview
Here are our 2024 dates!
Senior High - July 7 - 12, 2024
(campers entering grades 10-12 in the fall of 2024, 2024 graduates)
Preteen 1 - July 14 - 19, 2024
(campers entering grades 4-6 in the fall of 2024)
Junior High 1 - July 21 - 26, 2024
(campers entering grades 7-9 in the fall of 2024)
Preteen 2 - July 28 - August 2, 2024
(campers entering grades 4-6 in the fall of 2024)
Primary - August 5 - 9, 2024
(campers entering grades 2-4 in the fall of 2024)
Junior High 2 - August 11-16, 2024
(campers entering grades 7-9 in the fall of 2024)
All of our camps are overnight camps. We are, however, usually able to make arrangements with parent to accommodate campers who are unable to sleep overnight. If this is you, please register your camper and then contact us to work out the details.
Costs
Registration fees for 2024 are as follows. Optional items are listed below the registration fees.

A minimum deposit of $75 is required in order to register your camper. Fees are due in full one week prior to your child's start date. Payment can be made by cash or cheque (in person) or by credit card (online).
Pleasantview offers a family discount of 25% off the registration fee for the third and each additional unique camper registered in the same household (i.e., if one camper attends two weeks, their second week is not eligible to be included in the family discount).
If you will be unable to cover the cost of your camper's fees, you can apply for up to $300 through Canadian Tire Jumpstart. There are also limited sponsorship funds available through First Baptist Church. Please contact the camp office pleasantview@fbclloyd.ca or 306-825-2461 for more information about applying for sponsorship. Optional fees are not eligible for sponsorship.
T-SHIRTS
When you register, you will be able to purchase a brand new heather grey 2024 Impact t-shirts which you will receive on registration day. On registration day there is also an opportuntiy to purchase a vintage PBC T-shirt to add to your collection for $5.00 (cash only). Limited sizing available.
Waitlist
If you try to register and the week is already full. Please select the option to be added to the waitlist. We increase our maximums regularly as we hire staff and are often able to accept campers off our waitlist!
Cancellations
Please contact the camp office at 306-825-2461 or pleasantview@fbclloyd.ca if you need to cancel a camper's registration. If you cancel a camper's registration on or before June 2, 2024, you will receive a full refund. Please note that cancellations may affect family rates for other campers in the household.
If you cancel a camper's registration after June 2, 2024 and up to 72 hours before their week of camp begins, you will be reimbursed for all camp fees minus the $75 deposit. If you cancel your child's registration less than 72 hours before their week of camp, they do not show up for their week of camp, or they are unable to complete their week at camp for any reason (e.g., illness, injury, family circumstance, etc.), no part of the registration fee is refundable. Only optional fees - tuck, t-shirt, paintball - will be refunded. We will, however, reimburse the registration fee minus the $75 deposit if we are able to register another camper off the waitlist to take the cancelled camper's spot.
